The Mission hosts a time of prayer from 6 p.m. -8 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month. If you need healing, including physical, emotional or spiritual, this team is here to pray God’s grace and healing over your life.
Shears of Hope: Professional stylists come and give haircuts for those in need. The hair cut is $1 or one canned good.
Aside from providing health and hygienic care, showering restores dignity and helps those we serve feel better about themselves. Showers are available Monday – Friday from 2 p.m.- 3 p.m. for women and 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. for men (children must be accompanied by an adult). The Mission provides items needed for the shower including hygiene products, razors, washcloths and towels, etc. Those in need sign up in the lobby from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. and are able to use the shower room for 20 minutes.
