CitiMortgage Helps Frederick Rescue Mission Feed Families This Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving, families who are unable to afford food are able to receive a large Thanksgiving food box packed with lots of non-perishable foods and even a frozen turkey. As a special service, CitiMortgage of Frederick will be bringing approximately 50 volunteers to assemble the food boxes as a way of reaching out to the needy in our community.

Many families are forced to choose between paying for food and paying for rent. This can be especially difficult during the holiday season. That is why the Frederick Rescue Mission is also providing a special 4-hour meal on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. These holiday services are in addition to the regular food boxes and hot meals that are provided to those in need everyday.

We invite you to come by during our Thanksgiving food box distribution this Saturday, November 17th from 2pm-3pm.
