No one in Frederick County will have to go Hungry

Frederick Rescue Mission has served the community since 1964. In addition to the 12-month residential Changed Life Recovery Program, Lindsey Learning Center and Voucher Program, the Mission’s Food Services Department has been a refuge to thousands of men, women and children every month.

We believe that no one in Frederick County should have to go hungry. So far in January, we have served 4,654 hot meals and distributed 47 food boxes packed with nutritious breads, cereals, canned foods, and other items. The Mission feeds the hungry and homeless 3 times a day, every day of the year. As long as the doors are open, no one in our community will have to feel the pangs of hunger and the pains of hopelessness.
