The Frederick Rescue Mission will be holding its Annual Charity Golf Event on Friday, June 1, 2007. This year’s tournament will be played on the beautiful greens of Maryland National Golf Club with registration beginning at 8 a.m. and a shotgun starting at 9 a.m.

This annual event will include a $10,000 Hole-in-One, and $5,000 Putting Contest along with a host of other special challenges and golf tournament favorites.

All money raised will go to the Mission’s Beacon House building fund to support costly renovations and fire code compliances needed to provide a safe and secure home for shelter residents.

Beacon House is a 45 bed transitional shelter offering a 12-24 month residential Changed Life Recovery Program for men committed to overcome addictions.
