The 38th Annual Fundraising Banquet and Graduation Ceremony

Changing Lives Now and for Eternity

 

 

When: Friday, May 4, 2007

Silent Auction at 5:30 p.m., Dinner at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Martin’s Walkersville (Volunteer Fire Hall)

Tickets $50 per person (50% tax-deductible) Receipts will be provided.

Please join us as we celebrate another year with exceptional results!  We will proudly present the graduates of the Changed Life Recovery Program.  Hear moving testimonies and experience first-hand what God is accomplishing through this ministry.  We hope to see you there!

 

Promote your business while supporting our community through these sponsorship opportunities!

Platinum ($2,500), Gold ($1,500), Silver ($1,000) and Bronze ($750) Sponsors will include your organization’s name and logo on all banquet promotional materials, advertisement in the banquet program (sizes listed below), name on table tent card, and name in the Mission’s Partnership Letter sent to approximately 5,800 readers.

Advertisement sizes:

Platinum Sponsor (full-page ad: 8”W x 5” H)

Gold Sponsor (half-page ad: 4”W x 5”H)

Silver and Bronze Sponsor (quarter-page ad: 4”W x 2 ½”H)

Table Sponsors ($400) will include advertisement in the banquet program and name on table tent card and in the Mission’s Partnership Letter. Advertisement size is 1 ¾” x 2 ¼” (approximately business card size).

 

All sponsors may reserve up to 8 tickets for Banquet night.
