Frederick Rescue Mission Celebrates Another Year of Victory!
As some of the residents of the Frederick Rescue Mission lined up with fast beating hearts and excited spirits, they waited for their turn to walk across the stage and shake hands with Mayor Holtzinger.
The time has finally come for these 21 residents receiving their Certificate of Graduation of the Changed Life Recovery Program and Certificate of Acknowledgement to proclaim that they are new creations with future aspirations and new hope.
On May 4, 2007, The Frederick Rescue Mission held the 38th Annual Hope for the Homeless Banquet and Graduation Ceremony in efforts to raise funds and celebrate how the Mission continues to change lives now and for eternity.
