The Frederick Rescue Mission participates in a variety of activities and events to help give back to the community. Please join us at any or all of these events - we would love to meet you!


November 22, 2008	Get Ready… Fannie Mae Foundation’s 20^th Annual Help the Homeless (HTH) Walkathon Program is just around the corner! You can participate in the main walk in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, November 22nd, or pick your own day and place to walk by having your school, church, or organization host a mini-walk. Financial sponsors may have their money increased by special incentives. This is an excellent opportunity to come together as a community to support the homeless in our area. *However you choose to participate, 100% of your support is received by the* *Frederick Rescue Mission! ALL YEAR ROUND	FOOD SUPPLIES Did you know that hundreds of families in Frederick struggle with the choice of either paying for rent or buying food? With your help, they don’t have to. The Frederick Rescue Mission provides emergency food boxes and hundreds of hot meals to men, women, and children in our community everyday. For many, it is their most difficult time. Because the need for food has increased, your continued support will help keep our pantry full. You can save families from going hungry by having your church, office, or organization hold a food drive. Together, we can end hunger in our community.
