located in the heart of historic downtown Frederick, Maryland.
We are blessed to be located in a building with a long history, dating back to 1875. Check out our History page to learn more! The Frederick Rescue Mission is a dynamic, growing organization that is comprised of various buildings. Our main building, Beacon House (shown to the right) accommodates our residential program, as well as our administrative offices. Who We Are
Here at the Frederick Rescue Mission, we believe in the spiritual, physical, and emotional restoration and healing for all of God's people.
Everyone is worthy of love, acceptance, and most of all, freedom from life-dominating burdens. The Mission is Biblically founded to help those overcome by chemical addiction to grasp the eternal value of their lives.
In addition to the long term recovery program, we provide food and other essentials to the community as another opportunity to build eternal changes through the love of Jesus Christ.
